Mr. Bogerman is a Licensed Land Surveyor in the states of New Jersey and New York. Mr. Bogerman holds a bachelor degree of Science in Engineering Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has over fifteen years of experience directing the activities of survey crews in many areas of surveying. These areas include as-built, boundary, ALTA/ASCM, construction layout, control, environmental, geothechnical, topographic, wetlands, monitoring, and other surveys.  Mr. Bogerman joined McNally Engineering in 2003 where he, as an Associate, directs the Survey Department and has served as project manager for a multitude of survey-related projects throughout northern New Jersey.

Mr. Glembocki is a registered professional engineer in New Jersey and is a multi- talented civil, site and transportation engineer with over 20 years of professional experience in all phases of land development projects including residential, commercial and mixed use developments. Mr. Glembocki earned his B.S. in civil engineering at Rutgers College of Engineering in 1986. In 1997 Mr. Glembocki joined McNally Engineering as a project engineer/manager responsible for the preparation of site plans for both residential and commercial property development.
