Douglas Doolittle earned his B.S. in civil engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology, graduating in 1979.  Upon graduation, Mr. Doolittle promptly teamed with his father to operate Doolittle Engineering.  This father son team provided engineering, planning and surveying services throughout northern New Jersey.  Mr. Doolittle has licenses in engineering, surveying and planning with 28 years of experience including professional testimony in front of planning and zoning boards, mayor and municipal councils.  Their practice completed countless successful projects in northern New Jersey and was in business from 1978 to 2006.  Aside from the numerous development projects, Mr. Doolittle also held the position of Special Engineer for the Upper Saddle River Planning Board.  In this position, he was charged with providing advice on the Borough’s Mount Laurel obligations.  In 2006 Mr. Doolittle joined McNally, Doolittle Engineering as an Associate and continues to provide exceptional engineering, surveying and planning expertise.
