James Nieradka earned his B.S. in civil engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2000.  Mr. Nieradka began his career in 1989 with the City of Clifton’s engineering division and in 1991 he joined Neglia Engineering Associates as a construction inspector for a variety of municipal projects. In 1996 Mr. Nieradka joined McNally Engineering as a project manager responsible for the preparation of all aspects and design components of both residential and commercial site development projects. Mr. Nieradka has extensive experience with municipal, regional and state permitting for storm water management facilities, storm water quality facilities, treatment works applications, and stream encroachment applications associated with projects ranging from single family construction and subdivisions to multi-acre, multi use commercial developments. Mr. Nieradka is a Partner in McNally Engineering.
