Mr. Glembocki earned his B.S. in civil engineering at Rutgers College of Engineering in 1986 and began his career that same year with Howard Needles Tammen & Bergendoff (HNTB) consulting engineers as both an associate highway and construction engineer.  In 1989 he joined A.G. Lichtenstein & Associates as a civil/project engineer in their highway department. In 1997 Mr. Glembocki joined McNally Engineering as a project engineer/manager responsible for the preparation of site plans for both residential and commercial property development. Mr. Glembocki is a registered professional engineer in New Jersey and is a multi- talented civil, site and transportation engineer with over 20 years of professional experience in all phases of land development projects including residential, commercial and mixed use developments.
