Mr. Greco has over 20 years of engineering design and management experience which began in 1985 when he served as a staff engineer with the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission.  While with the NJMDC he reviewed various zoning and site plan applications and also conducted construction inspections.  In 1989 he earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, graduating the evening program. He joined the consulting firm of Lawler, Matusky and Skelly Engineers of Pearl River, New York as a site design engineer where he prepared complete site plan packages, designed grading and drainage facilities, utilities and conducted traffic studies.  Mr. Greco joined McNally, Doolittle Engineering in 1995 where he is currently a Managing Partner and has served as a project manager for a multitude of large mixed use projects throughout northern New Jersey.
